Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Contract Amendment adding $77,384 to the Professional Services Agreement with Community Design + Architecture (CD+A), for a total contract amount not to exceed $253,654 for the 40^th and San Pablo Transit Hub Project, and appropriate an additional $77,384 from the General Plan Maintenance Fund balance (Fund 225) to Account 80050, Professional Services, in the Fund 225 General Plan Maintenance budget.
