Community Development Director's Report on Planning Commission Actions at the March 28, 2024 meeting:
(a) Appointment of Commissioner Jordan Wax as a liaison to the Emeryville Parks and Recreation Committee.
(b) Autocentric and Personal Storage Uses (ORD24-002) - study session to inform and discuss existing permitting requirements for various auto related uses and indoor public storage uses in the City and consider prohibiting certain uses.*
