Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the Resolution approving the Side Letter of Agreement between the City and EPOA resulting in the term of the current MOU being extended by one (1) year, inclusive of a three percent (3%) pay adjustment, a $1,250 non-pensionable lump sum payment, and the formation of the joint labor management committee to address recruitment and retention challenges with all other MOU terms and conditions remaining in place during the extension.
