COVID-19 Restaurant Delivery And Takeout Commission Fee Ordinance (Charles S. Bryant / Chadrick Smalley)

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the above-referenced ordinances to mitigate the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic on restaurants (as discussed below). The Urgency Ordinance will be effective immediately upon adoption by a 4/5 vote of the entire City Council. The companion, regular Ordinance requires the normal first and second reading and is presented here as a first reading.
