Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the second reading of the attached Ordinance amending the Sherwin Williams Planned Unit Development/Preliminary Development Plan (PUD/PDP) to replace the Landscape Plan on Page 18 that calls for the retention of 11 existing street trees on the west side of Horton Street between Sherwin Avenue and new 46th Street, with a revised Landscape Plan that calls for removal of four trees in this location. This will accommodate the new 46th Street and joint trenching needed to underground overhead utilities on Horton Street between Park Avenue and new 46th Street.
