Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution granting a waiver from the Noise Ordinance to allow work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 12 weekends between October 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020 for framing work necessary to accommodate fire sprinklers at the Intersection Mixed Use Project located at 3800 San Pablo Avenue.
