Recommended Action
Staff Recommends that the City Council Adopt the attached Resolutions:
1) Awarding Construction to Ghilotti Construction, Inc.
2) Approving and Authorizing City Manager to execute Amendment 3 to Professional Services Agreement with EKI Environment and Water for service related to the West side of the Project site to extend time to December 31, 2020.
3) Approving and Authorizing City Manager to execute Amendment 1 to Professional Services Agreement with EKI Environment and Water for services related to the East side of the Project site to extend time to December 31, 2020.
4) Authorizing Disbursement of $410,000 to Union Pacific Railroad for Deposits related to Flagging, Track Restoration, and Engineering Oversight Costs.
5) Authorizing Disbursement of up to $75,000 to East Bay Municipal Utility District for One-time costs associated with providing water service to South Bayfront Bridge Project site.
