Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution adopting the Public Art Committee’s recommendation to select artist Ned Kahn for his proposal Wind Jetty for the Emeryville Marina Public Art Project and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Design, Fabrication, Transportation, and Installation of the Art Work at the Marina with Ned Kahn in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
