Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into the First Amendment to a Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. increasing the contract price by $400,000, to an amount not to exceed $900,000 for public works construction inspection services.
