Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the above-referenced resolution, which authorizes the execution of an amendment to the Public Parking Lease and Option to Acquire Easement between Emery Station West, LLC and the City of Emeryville and appropriates $176,752.50 from the Traffic Impact Fee Fund to the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) budget for the Transit Center Public Parking and Bus Bays Project.
