Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Michael Baker International to provide assistance to the City’s affordable homeownership and rental programs for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $145,000 for the period July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
