Recommended Action

Staff recommends the City Council of the City of Emeryville adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a three year agreement with TPX to provide fiber internet connectivity and software defined wide area network services (SD-WAN) at City Hall and the Police Department as well as hosted Unified Calling services (UCx) for the City in the amount of  two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000), and as adjusted by phone line count changes.
