Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the above-referenced resolution authorizing charging the property with a special assessment in the amount of $50,145.75 (fifty thousand, one hundred, forty-five dollars, and seventy-five cents) to recover the City’s costs incurred in abating a nuisance at the subject property.
