Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Professional Services Agreement with Community Design + Architecture (CD+A) for an amount not to exceed $176,270 for preparation of the 40^th and San Pablo Transit Hub Concept Design, and appropriate $38,270 from the General Plan Maintenance Fund balance (Fund 225) to Account 80050, Professional Services, in the Fund 225 General Plan Maintenance budget.
