Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution granting a waiver from the Noise Ordinance to allow work on all Saturdays between July 15, 2017 and October 28, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Public Market for streetscape work generally located in the vicinity of 5959 Shellmound Street.
