Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with OTG EnviroEngineering Solutions, Inc. (OTG) in an amount not to exceed $175,486.00 to conduct environmental work toward site closures at three former underground storage tank (UST) sites.
