Recommended Action

Staff recommends the City Council adopt the first reading of the proposed Ordinance (Attachment 1), which provides for issuance of administrative citations and fines for violations of the Emeryville Municipal Code.  The proposed Ordinance also allows violators to request an administrative hearing before imposition of fines.
