Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution granting a waiver from the Noise Ordinance to allow weekday work from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday work on all Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. between August 20, 2016 and October 30, 2016 (with the exception of the Labor Day weekend, September 3) at the Emeryville Center of Community Life Project on the west side of San Pablo Avenue between 47th and 53rd Streets.
