Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution granting a waiver from the Noise Ordinance to allow Saturday work on all Saturdays between November 7, 2015 and December 26, 2015  from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the west side of San Pablo Avenue between 47^th and 53^rd Streets for the Emeryville Center of Community Life (ECCL) project.
