Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution approving the 2024 General Plan Annual Progress Report, including the Housing Element Annual Progress Report and the Housing Successor Report, and authorizing submittal to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
