Authorization To Apply For Alameda County Transportation Commission Grants:  (Mohamed Alaoui / Phillip Toste)

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the above-entitles resolutions authorizing the City Manager or his designee to file applications in response to Alameda County Transportation Commission's (ACTC) 2026 Comprehensive Investment Plan (CIP) Call for Projects. The applications that will be submitted for funding are the 40th Street Multimodal Improvements project and the Emery Go-Round Operating Expenses for FY 2025/26 - FY 2026/27.
