Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution accompanying this report that approves the Emeryville 2023 General Plan Annual Progress Report, including the Housing Element Annual Progress Report and the Housing Successor Report, and authorizes submittal to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
