Staff recommends that the City Council consider and approve the Transportation Committee’s recommendation to convert 4 existing angled-in parking spaces to 2 parallel parking spaces with passenger loading only restrictions between 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on school days.
