Recommendation

Staff recommends the City Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Contract with Townsend Public Affairs, Inc., to provide federal and state legislative advocacy services for an amount not to exceed $270,000 for Fiscal Years 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28.
