Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a Ground Lease Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with EAH Inc. a California non-profit public benefit corporation (EAH) for the development of an affordable multi-family rental development   at 3706 San Pablo Avenue and 1025 West MacArthur Boulevard Emeryville, California.
