Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the first reading of the above-referenced ordinance approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Lease Disposition and Development Agreement ("LDDA") and associated Ground Leases with EAH, Inc. for the development and operation of an Affordable Family Housing Project on the City-owned property at 5890, 5900 and 6150 Christie Avenue.
