Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a five year option to extend the existing contract with IPS Group, Inc. ("IPS") for a total amount not to exceed $780,309 for Fiscal Years 2025-2029 for the continued management of paid parking in the North Hollis and Triangle commercial areas.
