Recommendation

Due to the unique nature and circumstances of the work, staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution granting a waiver from the Noise Ordinance to allow weekend work to facilitate the installation of large specialized equipment at 6201 Shellmound Street from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on specified weekends pursuant to the Resolution.
