Recommendation

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a License Agreement with Bay Area Community Services, Inc (“BACS”) for use of real property located at 4300 San Pablo Avenue as a Temporary Transitional Housing Shelter for an initial term commencing on January 1, 2025 and ending April 30, 2025, with one one-year extension subject to the mutual agreement of the City and BACS.
